With a master's degree in kinesiology, I keep body awareness and safety in mind with all lessons. I have taught students of all ages and levels for over 12 years and can program lessons that fit individual needs and goals.

As a teacher I hope to instill a love for dance in my students. I want dance to be fun and fulfilling for them while also building confidence. I try to keep lessons fun but focused and teaching students that dance is an athletic art form to be used for both expression and exercise. I love building on goals my students have and giving them a plan to achieve those goals. I work with students aged 7-18 in all levels and program my lessons to fit them developmentally.
