I am offering open level lessons including choreography in either the contemporary or Jazz funk styles, body awareness practices, developing personal style, articulating movement, improvisation, and tips on quickly learning and retaining choreography. Beginners will have the chance to experience a slower paced, personalized class. The lesson will help in better understanding movement in the body, and feeling more confident in tackling choreography, performing with precision and creative freedom.
