About Jessica
I am a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing Education (MSN-Ed) and currently serve as the Lead Medical-Surgical Instructor for an Associate Degree Nursing program. With years of experience in both clinical practice and nursing education, I specialize in helping students bridge the gap between classroom knowledge and real-world patient care. As a lead instructor, I’ve guided hundreds of nursing students through complex topics like Med-Surg, pharmacology, fluids and electrolytes, and clinical judgment. My background includes building simulation labs, designing NCLEX-style exams, and creating engaging lessons that prepare students for success in both school and their nursing careers. I am passionate about supporting students who feel overwhelmed or uncertain, and I strive to provide a balance of encouragement and high standards. My goal is not only to help you pass exams, but also to help you grow into a confident, capable nurse ready to succeed in clinical practice.
