I offer online lessons on conversation, grammar, reading comprehension, essay writing, .... I use the first lesson to understand your goals, needs and interests, and to assess the level of Portuguese knowledge you have. This will allow me to choose the appropriate teaching method for you. If you prefer, I can base my teaching on a textbook, as well.

I was born and raised in Portugal, where I live. I studied Portuguese and English Language and Literature at Universidade do Porto. I taught Portuguese and English at the Portuguese Public Educational System for over 25 years. Currently, I give tutoring lessons to Portuguese students wanting to improve their English and to foreigners who wish to improve their knowledge of the Portuguese language.
