About Scott
As a dedicated singing tutor with Master’s degrees in Music, I bring 7 years of teaching experience to guide students in reaching their vocal goals. My lessons focus on technical development, expressive performance, and musical creativity. I emphasise posture, breath control, tone production, resonance, and vocal flexibility. Students also practise phrasing, dynamics, vibrato, and emotional interpretation. Lessons are customised to match each student’s skill level, goals, and musical preferences. Performance preparation, stage presence, and confidence-building exercises are included. Students explore multiple genres to develop versatility and creative expression.
I teach proper vocal care, warm-ups, and safe practice habits for long-term vocal health. Feedback is continuous, constructive, and designed to ensure measurable improvement. Lessons balance structured technical training with interactive and creative learning. I encourage patience, discipline, and artistic growth in every student. In my singing lessons, students learn to strengthen their voice while expressing emotion authentically. We begin with breathing exercises and proper posture to support healthy vocal production. Lessons include articulation, phrasing, and dynamic expression for musical storytelling. Song practice helps apply technical skills in a practical setting. Feedback is detailed, actionable, and motivating. Students also learn stage presence, microphone technique, and performance confidence. I encourage exploration of multiple genres to build stylistic versatility.
Vocal health practices, including warm-ups, hydration, and rest, are emphasised. Lessons are structured, interactive, and engaging to promote steady improvement. Over time, students develop control, tone richness, and expressive capability. I aim to help every singer perform confidently, naturally, and artistically.
