About Dhruvi
Hi! I’m Dhruvi Sharma a physiotherapist and personal trainer with a deep love for understanding the human body and helping people feel strong in their own skin. I’ve seen how simple movements, when done correctly, can completely change lives reduce pain, boost energy, improve posture, and bring back confidence. I believe that everyone deserves to understand their own body not just follow exercises blindly. That’s why I teach with a method that is friendly, educational, and practical. I want to share everything I know so you don’t just get fit you stay fit, for life.
