About Mimi
I have currently changed careers from Office Administration in hospitals to becoming a beauty consultant. I have studied Nutrition as I am fascinated with the body and wanted to understand why some people eat and stay the same weight and others put on excessive weight even when they are dieting. As a result I studied further on how our Metabolism works and why it is so important. This is not just about diet its learning to eat and live healthy and keep the weight down.

My lessons will be on a one to one basis starting with understanding what the body needs to function correctly which includes vitamin and minerals also the correct way to eat to improve the matabolic rate
