About Nidhi
I’m Nidhi Konkani, a passionate Dietitian and Nutrition Educator dedicated to helping people build a healthier lifestyle through food science and practical nutrition. I hold a B.Sc. in Foods and Nutrition, am pursuing an M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics, and have also completed a Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education along with a Derma Nutrition course.
With both academic expertise and hands-on experience from working in hospitals and NGOs, I love teaching topics related to:
