About Juanita
My name is Juanita Louw. I am 43 years old. Since I was 5 years old, I started to read and never looked back. I feel passionate about reading, especially in Afrikaans. After school I did a 3-year diploma course, Language practice at the Cape Technikon. Reading and writing creates a vocabulary and stimulates one's brain, helps with communication and literacy, without it, one would be a poor individual. This is so important for setting a foundation for each individual -to be able to speak and read. And Afrikaans is my favorite language.

We'll have fun reading in different styles of Afrikaans. Stories, poems for young and old. Pronouncing until we reach our goal. We'll tell jokes and laugh and enjoy the passion Afrikaans helps to create in ones soul. This language is so rich in history and we use a lot of these words still in 2022, all the dialects help to paint and combine this language into a beautiful picture of a big part of South Africa.
