About Jennifer

Hi, I’m Jenn. I help people navigate life’s transitions, break through mental roadblocks, and build a life that feels genuinely aligned with who they are.

My path to here did not happen in a classroom—it was forged across five decades of living with undiagnosed ADHD and C-PTSD. It came from having the self-awareness to objectively analyze the way I think and process events. It comes from having lived through trauma and tragedy, and I want to use this lived experience to help you see the light the other side.

I come to this work with a unique blend of two worlds: an education in child and youth work, a personal passion for studying human behavior and psychology, and 50 years of lived life experience. In the last year became a certified equine-assisted personal development facilitator, and discovered how much I truly loved helping people figure themselves out.

My formal and informal learnings in psychology give me a deep understanding of human behavior, how bad (and good!) habits form, and how simple mindset shifts can have big and lasting impacts. I know the theories and the evidence-based tools that truly work, but if life has taught me anything, it’s that human beings aren't logic puzzles to be solved. We are complex, emotional, and deeply resilient.

That is where my fifty years of living come in. I have lived through the seasons of life: the messy middles, the sharp pivots, the restarts, the quiet triumphs, and the heavy hurdles.

I know what it feels like to stand at a crossroads wondering "what's next?"—because I have stood there myself.

Because I am not a licensed therapist or psychologist, my teaching style is completely free of clinical distance, judgment, or rigid checklists.
