Doctoral student of musical arts at Stony Brook University, among the top graduate music programs in the country. I've taught oboe and piano lessons for eight years. I'm a professional freelancer and have attended prestigious summer festivals like the Aspen Music Festival & School.

I am passionate about teaching students of all ages and skill levels, from absolute beginners to aspiring professionals.
I work with you to figure out your own goals - I plan my lessons around that you want to get out of them. Goal-oriented, I am an encouraging instructor and care deeply about finding joy in the work we do.
What sets me apart is how individually focused I am. I follow pedagogical concepts, but my lesson plans vary by student.
My lessons for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of music, through piano, oboe, or music theory and historical study.
