About Teju
I am a fitness trainer and know the diet plan I may teach you what to eat and give you suggestions on fitness exercises all and help you to shape your body I may give you mind relieving exercises. I am a fitness instructor, also known as a personal trainer, provides training and instruction of fitness programs to individuals and groups. The fitness instructor engages clients in exercise routines and weight loss programs, and helps them to reach their individual goals.
