About Laura

Bonjour à tous ! I am an experienced, qualified French native teacher who has been teaching GCSE and A-level to students of many abilities and backgrounds. I have experience teaching AQA GCSE to both higher and foundation students. I also have experience teaching A-level with Edexcel and AQA. I have also taught French to adults who wanted to learn or who had previously learnt French and wanted to improve. One of my students started by not speaking any French at all to being able to live in Paris for a year. It's really important for me to get to know my students in order to help them better. I am not afraid to change my methods to adapt to my students - all my former students appreciated my adaptability. My aim is for you to succeed! We would be a great match if: - You want help for your exams (A level, GCSE) - You want to learn French in a fun and easy way. - You have a basis in French and you want to improve your French - You want to have conversations about different topics in French. * prices may differ depending on the level* University: - Université Paris Est Créteil UPEC - Licence LLCE Anglais - Université Aix-Marseille - Équivalence 2 années de CPGE - Goldsmith University - PGCE - United Learning - QTS

I have known Laura for almost 5 years as we studied together in prep school. I can attest she is patient and a good teacher.
When we studied together, I had the opportunity to observe in her traits that I believe to be great qualities when it comes teaching, such as how thorough she was in her methodology and how much care and time she put in the preparation of her work.
She cares a lot about her students. I have been a witness of her pride when one of her student would overcome difficulties or succeed at their exam. I observed her on many occasions and I can say with confidence that she is a good listener and always try to make sure other people are comfortable around her. She is dedicated and passionate about her job and for these reasons, she would be a perfect fit to be a private tutor/teacher.
