About Larid
I am a passionate guitar tutor with more than 8 years of experience teaching college students. I believe learning guitar should be inspiring, enjoyable, and tailored to each student. My teaching style combines creativity, mentorship, and structured guidance. I teach chords, scales, music theory, improvisation, and songwriting. I encourage students to explore their own style, compose music, and perform regularly. Play-along exercises, interactive activities, and digital tools make lessons dynamic and fun. I adapt lessons to each student’s pace and learning style. I focus on developing confidence, technical ability, and performance skills while nurturing creativity and self-expression. Seeing students progress, perform, and enjoy music motivates me every day. I make every lesson engaging, practical, and rewarding.

I teach guitar by combining creativity, critical thinking, and mentorship. I encourage students to explore different musical styles, experiment with techniques, and compose their own pieces. This approach helps them develop strong technical skills while discovering their unique musical voice.
Accountability is central to my teaching. I guide students to set realistic goals, maintain regular practice, and track their progress. This ensures steady improvement, builds confidence, and nurtures independence.
Apart from guitar, I can teach music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, and songwriting. My lessons are interactive, adaptable, and tailored to each student’s learning style. My goal is to inspire a love for music while helping students become skilled, creative, and self-motivated musicians.
