About Siba
I am a social work student that has been conducting conflict management, self-awareness/acceptance etc. classes to different people with different backgrounds for 3 years. I develop my own programs and activities that help the students with what they are struggling with, therefore my classes are always person centered or tailored for the certain individuals needs.

I give lessons/sessions to anyone (different age groups, backgrounds and races). I have worked with first time offenders, scholars, university students. I have also been a mentor and during that period I was using the knowledge which mobilizes, enables and uplifts the clients. I use the programs I develop to conduct the sessions, additionally I give out reading materials and activities for the clients to assess themselves so that they are better able to understand themselves (self-awareness). I also do reflections and assessments on the clients to check their needs and progress so that we may focus specifically on challenges faced by the client
