I am an Education Specialist and Wellbeing Coach who has worked with hundreds of students and adults globally, including elementary, middle, high school students, teachers, and professionals.
I specialize in helping people build structure, consistency, and emotional balance through practical coaching in:
- Positive psychology and mindset development
- Stress management and emotional regulation
- Habit building and accountability systems
- Teacher wellbeing and burnout support
- Language and literacy development (ESL, reading, communication skills)

I always ensure that I build rapport with my students, followed by a thorough needs analysis to make sure that I have identified both strengths and growth areas needing improvement. I then work around understanding the learning style of the student (e.g. visual learner, auditory etc) and ensure that all activities are empowering, engaging and life-changing. Together, we will develop tangible and attainable goals.
