Hello, I’m Nesfer Calinao, and I am truly honored to be part of your academic journey. As a certified civil service professional and development communication practitioner with a strong background in both classroom instruction and industry experience, I bring with me not just lessons from textbooks—but also real-world insights, and a deep passion for student growth. I have earned my bachelor’s degree in Development Communication and completed 33 units in my Master’s program, specializing in the same field. My teaching approach is grounded in the Outcomes-Based Education (OBE) framework and further enriched by national and international trainings on innovative teaching, ICT integration, and sustainable development. My recent involvements in research and communication symposiums reflect my commitment to continuous learning and excellence. Throughout my teaching career, I’ve had the privilege of guiding students in both general education, language and communication subjects. My method is interactive, inclusive, and goal-driven.
