• Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

  Currently I am working as Jolly Phonics Instructor on Superprof.
  Jolly Phonics is a literacy program that helps children learn to read and write with blending sounds, it also helps to develop a solid foundation for reading and writing skills. I have been into teaching profession from the past 15 years and I truly believe that learning is the most lucrative part in our day to day life.
  I always find myself in a state of content when teaching kids and sharing knowledge with them. Although teaching kids is not a cup of tea for everyone but
  grasping their attention towards different activities gives me immense peace of mind and pleasure too and that boosts up my potential to teach them even in a more better way.

• What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

  I really enjoy the most difficult task and of course seeking child's attention is one of them. I get motivated when I see my students are curious ,enthusiastic and engaged in learning. I am very much connected to the real world situations always try authenticate the topic I teach through different modes of learning style.
  I believe in VAK process ie Visual/audio/Kinesthetic which plays a vital role in shaping student's future.

• How does your work help society?

  Teachers pass on knowledge to the next generation ,which creates a cycle of learning and growth .
  I believe interpersonal activities help student to coordinate and cooperate with each other .Learning in group also plays an important role in shaping student's personality development .By imparting knowledge ,fostering critical thinking and promoting democratic values creates healthy learning environment.

• If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

  I remember , when I was working with Mount Litera Zee School, being a teacher there, I have learnt and realized the importance of being a teacher where we connect with students and peers to impart knowledge among them. We have learnt to follow the pattern continuous comprehensive evaluation, working on anecdotes of students , had to look over pros and cons at every situation. I would say that behind all these scenes our team Leader whom I admire most till date , really she is a wonderful and exceptional lady in my career.

• Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

  Apart from teaching I am working as an AI generative creator at Wirestock and also like to do Acrylic painting .
  I'm Naturalistic ,love to explore hidden gems like mountains ,pine trees ,lavenders ,waterfalls and many more.

• Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

  It is really very important to keep an eye on student's growth and development. One of my student initially started learning with sounds
  and she constantly engaged herself in blending sounds to read words and finally she actually started reading CVC and Cvcc words story book which is a great achievement for me, during this period i have provided her with many useful content for improving her reading ang writing skills.
