Power Plant Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Network System Professional with a rich 14+ yrs of experience along with a 7 years of Training and Teaching experience to ITI/ DIPLOMA/ B.Tech / DET / GET / Plant Engineers from the branch of EE, EI, E& TC.
Training Topics covers (Industry and Engineering Collages) - Power Plant (below 100 MW) Boiler & Turbine Instrumentation, Understanding and making Instrumentation circuit, Sensor, Transducer, Erection and commissioning, SAT & FAT, Calibration, ISO competency for C & I records, TSI, Control Valves, Signature analysis of instruments. Understanding PID, Hook up, PLC/DCS logics, SLD of electrical diagrams, AC-DC Machines, Switchgears- LV & MV, Industrial Electronics, PCB fault findings, RCM, Network system & Server, Surveillances System, Management System- Material Instrumentation, Process, PERT/ CPM, Safety Management System (SIL, SIS, HAZOP, LOTO) with detail learning of residual and potential risk, etc.
Training Methodology - Training as per stick protocols of plant philosophy, O & M manuals and design based report in the form of PPT covered by case studies and videos for working professionals . After Training/Teaching activities there will be a test to know the understanding level of students.
