About Emma
Hi, I'm Emma!
I've spent my whole life looking for and finding the beautiful things in the present moment, and in life. The joy, the love, the happiness, the possibilities and the gratitude. I want to help you do the same.
Maybe you're feeling burnt out, or a bit lost. Maybe negative thoughts are running through your head, and it's hard to be kind to yourself. Maybe you're not finding joy in places you used to.
I'm here to help you listen to and understand your emotions, speak to yourself more lovingly, and create more happiness for yourself.
We don't blow past the hard truths. Loving yourself and life takes hard work. But it's a practice, it can be learned, and there are tools to learn it. Let's find and create the right tools for you.
You come to me with what you're dealing with. Together, we understand what's happening, find reassurance that we can resolve it, and make an action plan.

My work is shaped by training in Joe Hudson's Art of Accomplishment, Positive Intelligence, Phil Stutz and Barry Michels's The Tools, and study in modern psychology.

Happiness is a practice that can be learned. Let me show you how.
What we work on:
The narratives. Catch the things you keep repeating, and rewrite them to your advantage.
The emotions. Separate what's muddled, give it space to be felt, and pull out the insights.
The motion. Turn it into a plan that fits you, and shows you the next step.
How I work:
Direct, collaborative, and on the same team. You're the expert in yourself. I bring tools to use in the moment and a handful of proposed solutions. You try them on and tell me what's landing and what isn't. What lands, we keep. What doesn't, we leave.
We stay in the present, and you leave every session with notes and a living game plan.
Ways to work together:
Intro Call. 45 minutes, no cost. Are we a good fit?
Single Clarity Session. One session, $120. One or two pressing problems, and you leave with an action-oriented plan.
The Ongoing Work. Six weeks, $700. A few main goals, room for what comes up week to week, and a living game plan.
