About Jordan
With over 14 years of professional dance experience, I bring a strong foundation, industry credibility, and a deep passion for movement to every class and coaching session. My performance career spans high-level opportunities including dancing for the NBA, burlesque stages, freestyle battles, and choreographed productions—allowing me to train across multiple disciplines including heels, jazz, hip hop, freestyle, and contemporary. As a dedicated instructor, I’ve taught dancers of all levels, from working professionals refining their style to complete beginners finding their footing. My classes are known for being empowering, welcoming, and technique-driven, with a strong focus on building confidence, musicality, and self-expression. I specialize in heels and freestyle, but above all, I specialize in helping people feel good in their bodies. My background as a certified yoga instructor also informs my holistic approach to movement, I believe dance is not just about steps. It’s about presence, connection, and personal transformation. Whether you’re training for the stage or simply looking to reconnect with yourself through dance, I offer a safe, professional, and uplifting space for you to grow. You don’t need to be a professional to move like one—you just need the right guidance and a space where you feel supported. Let’s move with purpose, power, and authenticity.

With over 14 years of experience, I specialize in heels, jazz, hip hop, freestyle, flexibility, performing, and choreography. My background includes dancing for the NBA, commercial work, burlesque stages, freestyle battles, and training dancers of all levels for over 8 years - weekly classes, privates, and workshops.
Whether you're a seasoned performer or just starting out, I’m passionate about creating a safe, empowering space where you can grow, explore, and feel confident in your body. I especially love working with beginners - helping you find joy in your authentic movement, feel comfortable in heels/sensuality, and connect to your unique expression.
Combining my dance training with my experience as a yoga instructor, I view freestyle and movement as a spiritual practice - an invitation and then requirement to get out of your head and into your body. Dance is my sanctuary, and I’m here to help you make it yours too!
