I firmly hold the belief that students often possess a wealth of knowledge surpassing that of their teachers. Their hunger and agility in adapting to new concepts and information are qualities that inspire me. This is why I refrain from assuming the traditional role of a teacher. Instead, I perceive myself as a facilitator of experiences, a source of guidance, and a wellspring of motivation – all essential elements a student seeks in their fellow guide.

I approach teaching not as a one-sided lecture, but as a collaborative journey where we learn from each other.
