I am a certified counselor with MSc in Psychology and a B.Ed, offering bilingual (Telugu and English) counseling. With extensive experience in student, parent, and couple counseling, I provide a safe, supportive space to address real-life challenges.
Parent Counseling – Support for child behavior issues, screen and substance (drug) addiction, parenting stress, and improving parent-child communication.
Student Counseling – Help with exam fear, lack of discipline, mobile/screen overuse, and emotional well-being.
Couple Counseling – A confidential, non-judgmental space to address communication gaps, emotional stress, frequent arguments, emotional distance, and lack of connection. I help couples rebuild trust, enhance emotional intimacy, and strengthen their bond through open and respectful dialogue.
Sessions are warm, confidential, and solution-focused to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered
