I am Himanshu Pratap Singh, a dedicated Yoga Instructor with a profound passion for holistic well-being. Having earned a master's degree in Yoga Science from the esteemed University of Patanjalli, my journey has equipped me with in-depth knowledge of traditional yogic principles.
Motivated by a genuine desire to inspire others, I aim to share my expertise to contribute positively to people's lives.
