About Shuk Mei
With over six year’s experience in the contemporary art industry, I have applied my experience in the disciplines of teaching, hosting and arranging gallery exhibitions, engaging in various art organizations and self- creation activities. Having recently completed my MFA (Merit) in The University of Arts London this year, my current aim is to use my proven visual art and communication skills to successfully fill an art tutor role within the arts and cultural industry.
I have contributed my artistic career for almost 7 years since finishing a BA course in Fine Arts (Contemporary Art Studio Practice) and French Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010. I have had solo exhibitions and joint exhibitions in the United Kingdom and Hong Kong, and some of her works have been privately collected. In this year, I will have solo shows in the Jam Factory Gallery, Oxford in early June and the Coningsby Gallery, London in mid-September.
