About Niva
I am a passionate and experienced Flute tutor with more than 6 years of teaching experience, working with School, College, and working professional students who want to learn flute in a structured and supportive way.
My teaching method focuses on building strong fundamentals such as breath control, posture alignment, finger coordination, tone development, and rhythm precision.
I also teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm exercises, scale practice, ear training, and performance preparation to help students become confident musicians. I support students with exam preparation and guide them through steady progress with clear explanations and regular feedback.

I follow a student-focused teaching approach for flute that combines clear communication, creativity, and flexible lesson planning. I explain every technique carefully, demonstrate exercises, and provide detailed guidance to ensure students understand correctly. I encourage students to communicate openly about difficulties and goals, which helps build confidence and motivation.
Creativity is incorporated through musical exercises, improvisation, tone-building activities, and expressive playing that make lessons enjoyable and dynamic. I adapt lessons to each student’s learning pace, abilities, and objectives, whether preparing for exams, performances, or self-improvement.
Flute lessons include breathing techniques, posture, embouchure, finger coordination, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading. Alongside flute instruction, I teach related subjects like music theory, note reading, rhythm training, ear training, and performance skills to help students develop into well-rounded and independent musicians.
