About Gourav
I'm a Hardware Engineer based out of Bangalore, Mathematics was my favorite subject in school, and in college. I got a 100 in mathematics in both my 10th and 12th CBSE Board exams and I also had a 10/10 GPA in Mathematics in the first 4 semesters of my Electronics Engineering degree at RVCE Bangalore.
I feel Mathematics was something that always came very naturally to me, but it also involved a lot of practice and the trick to building speed was to keep trying challenging problems, however, even the most challenging problems in Mathematics require one to have a good understanding of the underlying concepts.
It is also very important to understand why one must learn a particular concept, and what is the use of trigonometry, geometry, or algebra in real life, that is the only thing that will help sustain one's interest in Mathematics and introduce the learner to the ways by which Maths can be leveraged to make life easier.
I hope to get my learners acquainted with this approach, and I hope to as much from them as they learn from me.

I believe that everyone has their own pace of learning and it is important for a student to grasp the concept behind a problem before trying to attempt it. All learning will tend to be concept based and most sessions will be interactive.
To start with I'm planning on teaching school-level mathematics, stressing primarily on Algebra, Arithmetic and Statistics
I wish to learn as much from my students as I hope they would get to learn from me.
I'll use the Ipad with the apple pencil to conduct my session with a good-quality microphone for voice transmission, I'll also try to make my class as interesting as possible by sharing anecdotes from my life experiences and the practical usage of most of the concepts we will get to learn.
