About Arijit
I am an engineering graduate. I Teach children while pursuing theatre and writing. Preparing primary students for higher classes and creating a foundation for their higher education excites me. I believe in helping them learn through their strengths and identifying their weaknesses to create a suitable learning environment for them.

I believe teaching is not all about knowing the subjects and imparting that knowledge, more importantly, it is about the individual students. It is about understanding each student's strength and weakness and revolving your teaching around that. Every child is special and needs care and concern on different levels. It is of utmost importance for every teacher to pay keen attention to every child's needs and what makes them learn better. Some like tests, some don't, some enjoy competition while some hate it, these differentiations are what make a child individual and special. Being a teacher I pay a lot of attention to these details and try to teach in a way that suits the concerned student. Subject matters are of varied interests to students, therefore it is important to not impose anything on them, rather let them grow and learn without having to worry too much about external pressure from us. Finally, learning should be fun for every child or that child will never develop a knack of learning and understanding different subjects. It is our job to teach but also to make it fun.
