My teaching methodology is based around instilling confidence in my students that they can do it. First I take a lesson detailing the techniques in problem solving along with basic numerical questions (for example, in an Algebra lesson first I start by explaining what factors and terms are, how to simplify, what is cross multiplication and when can you use it, etc). Followed by this, I give worksheets for the students to try in their own time and then I clarify incorrectly solved questions. Once the students problematic topics are all covered, we solve 11+ past papers from schools like MGS, Habs, etc based on the students target school. My lessons are typically one hour long conducted online. I have 2 years of experience as an 11+ tutor.
