About Georgina
At school, I found most lessons extremely challenging. I did not understand much of the curriculum, and found that teachers were unwilling to help students like myself who needed extra support. With the help of a tutor, I was able to overcome my challenges and went to a top 40 UK university and graduated with a second upper class (2:1) with honours degree. Now, I am committed to giving back by helping others to expand their potential for learning.

Hello! I’m Georgina, a BA Honours graduate in English & American literature from the University of Kent. I’ve been mentoring and tutoring for over 10 years now (I graduated in 2011) and am passionate about all literature. My strengths lie in critical theory of literature, verbal reasoning, reading comprehension and essay writing, which I’m particularly passionate about. I have spent many years as a writer myself, and my mentoring and tutoring techniques are suitable for both children and adults. I create bespoke lessons lasting between 1 and 2 hours, and am able to work with neurodiverse people, and am LGBTQA+ friendly.
