I arrange my lessons on Zoom. In my lessons, I try to know my students and determine their levels. I try to do these while I am talking with them. Then I would like to learn about his goal and purpose. In response to the answers I get, I start to process the lessons by dividing them into levels and topics. I prepare vocabulary exercises for my students via Quizlet. These exercises are either general vocabularies or vocabularies prepared according to the course of the lesson or the student's purpose. I arrange the lessons according to the needs of the student. I like to have a listening, reading and speaking exercises as the topics progress.
I have my own 20 minute zoom English micro teaching video record that I can send if anyone wants to see it! The lesson was taught using the literary piece "The Doll's House" by Katherine Mansfield.
