I will never proceed till I am sure each learner has acquired the whole content.
I will provide my learners with a way to get in touch out of class time.

I use quite new method in the following format:
I use a subject for each 3 sessions. I present some new vocab and expressions and make a dialogue out of them.
I teach the other skills (listening, writing and reading) based on the subject.
I provide the learners with a grammar point each 2 sessions.
