There's no one-size-fits all when it comes to learning, which is why I pride myself on providing a personalised teaching approach.
During the introductory lesson, I begin by understanding a student's strengths, needs, skills and interests, as well as their end-goal (what "success" looks like to them). I use this tacit knowledge to produce a unique learning plan to follow for the duration of the tutoring.
