About Poppy
I have always been passionate about learning, and I have found tutoring has really helped in times where I found difficult subjects overwhelming. Breaking it down and talking it through can be really helpful, and having an informal, no-judgement zone to discover new revision techniques and study support can boost learning at any level.
I would help you more easily understand a complex topic, as well as helping you to find out what methods make it easier and more enjoyable to learn with.

Hi, I'm Poppy and I'm passionate about making French accessible and fun. I aim to focus the lesson around the student, using a number of resources and techniques to see what works best.
I can tutor from 30 minutes to 1 hour at a time, and usually lessons would be once a week.
I have 11 GCSEs with 8 grade 9/A*s and 3 grade 8/A*s, including 9s in French and Spanish. I have also taught English in a French primary school which has nurtured my communication and teamwork skills, making a fun environment to enjoy learning.
I can tutor those studying GCSE level and below.
