About Julissa
I am glad you found my page. I am a current college student with a passion for helping others comprehend my favorite subject, environmental science. I took AP Environmental Science during my senior year of high school, where I gained a passion for the natural sciences and sustainability. I passed the class both semesters with an A+ and the AP Exam with a 4. Additionally, I have furthered my knowledge of the environment by participating in habitat restoration programs, climate action commissions, and projects.
Aside from environmental work, I have general experience in tutoring. I served as an afterschool tutor for my local elementary school for six months. There, I contributed to a positive social environment, aided in teaching content to students, and observed different learning styles. I hope you can consider me as your tutor!
