About Mabusang
Mabusang Malotane has over 14 years’ experience in the Event and Entertainment industry and the Financial Industry. Before joining the Eventing Industry Mabusang was in the financial industry for a period of 5 years. She worked as a Credit Controller for more than 5 years on Credit Management and Cash Allocations.
She has played key roles in developing, maintaining, Planning and coordinating value offerings of a branding, marketing and communications nature, ultimately ensuring client satisfaction and contribution to brand building. She has also played a major role to the success of International and National Events.
In her current position, she fulfils her duties through Project and Campaign Management, drafting of detailed cost indications and budgets, briefing internal operations, designers and suppliers. Through thorough understanding of briefs, she has managed to secure numerous key account businesses in the Corporate and Government industry. Mabusang was the Executive Member of Shai Boi Entertainment, where she was responsible for generating new business, planning and implementing value adding campaigns for her clients.
This position has helped her sharpen her personal traits, which include but are not limited to time management and prioritizing, solid negotiating and effective communication skills, and an eye for meticulous attention to detail. Her career history, thus far, has awarded her with invaluable experiences that meets and exceeds most job requirements.
