Hey There! I'm Jordana, a passionate Physical Education Professional originally from Brazil, currently thriving as a fitness trainer in Australia. With over 20 years of experience in group fitness, I specialize in a variety of disciplines including functional training, Zumba, aero dance, trampolining, and aerial acrobatics (lyra, silk, and trapeze). Additionally, I've dedicated 14 years to coaching pole sport.
My mission is to empower you to achieve your physical goals through a holistic approach that emphasizes knowledge, self-care, self-love, and self-esteem.
