About Jack
My background is in professional rugby and various sports. I have taught PE across different schools nationwide too, but my biggest achievement is I lost 9 stone and went from 23 stone to 14 stone so I can understand the physical and mental benefits of health and fitness on the body and mind.

I base my teaching on understanding the people I work with. Everything is done based on a mutual respect and I do not believe you can successfully teach, until you have earned the respect of those who are trying to learn so there is trust and respect built into the foundation of your lessons.
