About Lubomyr
Knowing how to be compassionate, patient, and understanding is the most important part of being a coach. Coach. I am blessed to say that I have always been able to find a common thread, with either an individual or an entire class. Class. My goal is to help people learn how to be fit, as opposed to just putting them through a program. I'm here to show you that you can take charge of your health and fitness, and I can teach you how to be excited about it.

- Regional Light-Heavyweight Champion
- Successful Group Fitness & Martial Arts coach, for over 20 years
- Official presenter at several National Fitness conventions.
- I have successfully taught taught group fitness classes, boxing, Muay, Thai kickboxing, and have coached/ cornered both amateur and professional fighters.
- I have also trained local and federal law enforcement, including secret service, and hand to hand and edged weapons combat.
- I've also taught free women's self-defense seminars, every month, for the past 25 years.
