A regular class starts with Suryanamaskar followed by various asanas in different positions - beginner and intermediate levels. After all asanas we practice Shuddhikriya, deep breathing and Pranayam and Omkar meditation. As a yoga therapist physical ailments of students if any are considered and asanas are modified and as the case maybe an entire personalised session can be arranged.
