About Santhi
I enjoy working with my students and attaining our set goals. I have taught primary and secondary students as well as adults. My lessons are constantly tweaked to accommodate my students learning styles. I have worked in the private sector other than education industry and understand what is expected in the workplace. I attend workshops and seminars on a regular basis in order to improve my skills and pedagogy.

During lessons, formative assessment will be constantly conducted by the tutor. This is to gauge your learning curve. Lesson will end with assessment of tutor's delivery and student's will also give feedback on their learning.
