About Anya
I am a passionate, dedicated and experienced Artist and Teacher, holding a Masters degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in teaching. Since childhood I have had a deep passion for art and love to share this passion with my students. I have just returned to Cape Town after leading the Art and Design department at Green Shoots International School in Vietnam for over 5 years. I planned and taught Art and Design classes to children in Kindergarten up to IGCSE following the Cambridge syllabus. I have also taught English and Global Perspectives and have worked for various NGOs in South Africa that use education as a tool to empower disadvantaged communities. I am currently working as both a teacher and a freelance artist in Cape Town. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in taking art classes!
