My name is Giles, and I provide mindful emotional awareness coaching in a supportive, nonjudgmental, and personalized environment. My approach combines mindfulness practices, emotional awareness techniques, reflective listening, and practical coping strategies to help students better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
A typical session may include guided mindfulness exercises, emotional check-ins, stress management techniques, goal setting, and conversations focused on self-growth and emotional balance.
