About Chisom Linda
I believe that learners are all unique and the best approach to achieve my set teaching objectives is to meet them halfway. I have achieved this through a question-based methodology whereby the learners move from the known to the unknown with guidance rather than being told. One of my goals as a teacher is to rebrand and move my learners from point A to D through creativity and innovative learning. I believe in giving my learners room to explore and come to reasonable conclusions about concepts. Hence, I show. I don’t tell. Learning is teamwork. It is expressive, not coerced, neither is it commanded. To top it off, a learning environment where learners are 70% in control of the learning process produces more effective results.
