About WAFIQ
I used to join many sports acitivity in school and university. I used to study Sports Science in UiTM Shah Alam. At the same time I managed to join marathon, football, tennis, rugby, athletic and swimming. I chose football to play for UiTM FC. I worked hard to improve my fitness and football skill to get selected for UiTM FC. We can be student and athlete, learn how to manage our time.
Now, I want to help people by sharing knowledge so they can achieve their target. In school, Physical Education is very important for student to understand the sport healthy lifestyle.
