About Jayshree
I'm trained in Kundalini Yoga, Kundalini Pregnancy Yoga, Theta Therapy, Soul Focused Healing, Esoteric Healing, Shamanic Soul Rescue and a variety of other energetic disciplines.
Five years ago I began training in Acupuncture and more recently in Homeopathy.
Health and Wellbeing are returned the moment the person chooses to align with their own inner truth. Living in alignment with your truth is often challenging, but totally possible to achieve. I've already embodied it within myself and healed a variety of issues along the way.
I love playing the piano, creating art, cooking healthy food, making my own organic cosmetics and sewing.
Having spent 20 plus years walking this path, alongside working in the corporate sector as a Management Consultant, I'm well versed in supporting those I work with to achieve their goals.

My lessons are fun, easy to do and relaxing. Be it a kundalini yoga class, a relaxation class, an energy clearing session or an art therapy class, they're all aimed at bringing a person into greater connection with the eternal spirit within, which is what creates the inner peace and rejuvenation.
Each class or course is tailored to the student's needs. Techniques used could include qigong, kundalini yoga, breathing techniques (pranayamas), myofascial tissue release, lymphatic drainage, chanting, acupressure and energy work.
A 4 week Course usually involves a weekly class with a daily 10-15 min practice. After 4 weeks, a person always feels different in a profound way. What you learn about yourself will leave you shocked at how easy it is to achieve consciousness growth that leads to a happier and healthier life.
Heal emotional trauma, clear ego, discover consciousness truths that help you to be your authentic self in as little as 40 days - a 4 week course that will transform your life for the better.

Jayshree takes you on a journey: profound, and yet safe. I've had the privilege to experience a yoga session with her at Wimpole's studio, and I still remember it to this day.
