About Luo
I’m a native Mandarin teacher based in Melbourne and a current Monash University double-degree student in Economics and Secondary Education. I teach at a Chinese language school and specialize in engaging, structured lessons for children and teens—from absolute beginners to VCE preparation. My classes emphasize clear Pinyin and tones, high-frequency sentence frames, and bilingual explanations so learners progress with confidence. You can expect well-prepared materials, calm and patient instruction, measurable goals with feedback, and regular progress updates. Lessons are available in person (Melbourne) and online. Qualifications:
Native Mandarin speaker; bilingual instruction.
Current Chinese-school teacher with classroom and small-group experience.
Monash University double degree: Economics & Secondary Education (pre-service teacher).
Experienced with beginners’ Pinyin/tones, sentence patterns, and VCE Chinese support.
