About Shagun
My journey into Matrescence and Ayurvedic coaching emerged from my own profound struggles with motherhood. When I became a mother, I felt completely detached from this new role, overwhelmed by guilt and disconnected from the joyful experience I thought I should be having. This unexpected reality forced me to reevaluate everything I thought I knew about parenting and my own identity. Through ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern psychology, I discovered a path from chaos to confidence—learning to parent from a place of authentic connection rather than societal expectations and guilt. This personal transformation inspired me to create a unique approach that honors the whole person within the parent. I'm passionate about guiding others through their own parenting transitions, helping them release the burden of "perfect parenting" and reconnect with their intuitive wisdom. My approach combines constitutional dosha assessment with compassionate coaching, creating personalized pathways for parents feeling lost, depleted, or seeking deeper meaning in their parenting journey. Having walked through the darkness of maternal detachment myself, I bring genuine empathy and practical wisdom to my sessions. I believe that when parents honor their authentic selves, they create space for genuine connection with their children and rediscover the joy that can exist even amid the challenges of parenting.

My approach combines ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with modern Matrescence coaching to help parents navigate the profound psychological and spiritual transformation of parenthood. I create sacred, non-judgmental spaces where mothers and fathers can reconnect with their authentic selves beyond societal expectations.
Each session begins with a personalized dosha assessment to understand your unique constitutional nature, identifying imbalances that may be contributing to feelings of depletion, disconnection, or overwhelm in your parenting journey. We then develop customized practices that honor your individual needs and family dynamics.
Sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and follow a heart-centered methodology that weaves together practical Ayurvedic rituals, emotional exploration, and intuitive reconnection. My 6-week Sacred Womb and Saadhana Circle program offers deeper transformation through community support, while one-on-one sessions provide focused guidance for specific challenges.
I specialize in helping parents who feel lost in their parenting role, physically exhausted beyond normal tiredness, emotionally disconnected, or seeking deeper meaning in their parenting journey. Together, we'll create sustainable self-care practices, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate a parenting approach that aligns with your authentic values rather than external pressures.
These sessions are ideal for parents at any stage - from those preparing for parenthood to those with older children - who wish to approach their parenting journey with greater awareness, intention, and holistic wellbeing.
