About Milan

Hello everyone! My name is Milan. I don’t have a psychology degree or professional certifications, but I do have immense life experience in various fields, and I have delved deeply into topics like psychology, addiction, self-control, and personal development. Additionally, I have read numerous books on these subjects and gained practical knowledge that comes directly from life. Six years ago, I was on the wrong path. I was a pathological gambler, an alcoholic, and a user of various drugs. That dark phase of my life taught me more than I could ever learn from theory. Today, I’m proud to say that I’ve been clean for two years. Throughout my life, I’ve met all kinds of people: from the poorest to the wealthiest, from those with minimal education to brilliant minds. This experience has given me a deeper understanding of human nature, behavior, and problems. I have developed strong social intelligence and empirical knowledge that doesn’t always align with formal psychological education. Here are a few things I want to share with you: Understanding and Support: If you’ve ever thought that no one understands your problems, I do. I’ve been through the same struggles and pain. The Reality of Recovery: I don’t offer a magic formula. I can’t wave a wand and solve your problems. Recovery from addiction or any issue is a process that requires time, effort, and commitment. For some, it may take months; for others, years. Only You Have the Power to Change: If you’re not ready to help yourself, no one can help you – not me, not a psychologist, not anyone else. The key lies in your decision and willingness to change your life. So, if you’re looking for someone who has gone through the hell of addiction, failure, and pain and emerged stronger and wiser, I’m here to share my experience. If you’re ready for change, I’ll gladly listen, advise, and support you on your journey. But remember – life doesn’t change overnight. Change requires effort, perseverance, and patience. If you’re willing to dedicate yourself to this process, we can work together on your recovery and growth. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you feel I can be a source of support for you, feel free to reach out. Milan

My method revolves around active listening, understanding individual challenges, and tailoring the learning process to meet the unique needs of each student. I emphasize hands-on exercises, reflection, and goal setting to foster self-awareness and lasting change.

A Typical Lesson Plan
Introduction and Assessment: We begin by discussing current struggles, goals, and progress.
Core Focus Area: The lesson will cover strategies or techniques specific to the student’s challenges, such as building discipline, managing triggers, or improving mindset.
Interactive Activities: Practical exercises, reflections, or guided discussions to reinforce learning.
Recap and Homework: Summary of the session and personalized tasks to implement the lessons in daily life.
What Sets Me Apart
Unlike traditional tutors, my teaching is rooted in real-life experience, not just theory. Having overcome personal struggles like addiction and lack of discipline, I can deeply relate to my students and guide them with empathy and understanding. My lessons combine practical knowledge with emotional support to create a comprehensive learning experience.

Who the Lessons Are For
My lessons are for individuals aged 16 and above who are seeking help with overcoming challenges such as addiction, improving self-control, or achieving personal growth. Whether you’re a student, professional, or anyone striving for positive change, my sessions are tailored to suit your specific needs and goals.
