About Zachary
I am a self-taught metal guitarist of around 5 years, with several years' experience on the Essex gigging circuit. I am 18 years old and currently play in the deathcore band Beyond Extinction, which has found considerable success in the UK metal scene, having toured the UK twice, and a number of high profile gigs including playing Bloodstock Open Air 2021. I can teach a variety of metal styles - death metal, black metal, thrash, stoner, hardcore, etc

My lessons will be held over Skype and will focus on getting to grips with the fundamentals of rock and metal guitar playing, such as picking technique, tab-reading, chords, and speed practice. It will include me emailing PDF tabs to you, which you can print out and we will use as exercises. I can teach both six and seven string guitar, in a variety of tunings: E standard, drop D, D standard, drop C, and drop A and G for seven string.
